PLC Services was founded by Ruth Polaczuk, drawing on years of hands-on experience in the construction and labour hire industry.

We saw a gap: Australian builders needed dependable crews, and New Zealand had skilled tradespeople ready to work. So we built a business that connects the two — with a service model that takes the hassle out of cross-border labour hire.
